This website explains the NoonMate service and collects expressions of interest from parents as we expand to new schools and localities. This website itself does not take payments or create any subscription — pricing and billing, when applicable, are handled separately once your pilot route is confirmed.
2. No service agreement yet
Submitting the Parent Interest form does not create a contract, booking, subscription, or payment obligation of any kind. It simply registers your interest so we can contact you if a pilot route becomes available near you.
3. Food preparation and responsibility
NoonMate does not prepare, cook, or sell food. Meals referenced on this website are prepared and sealed by parents or guardians. Families remain solely responsible for ingredients, preparation, allergies, and food suitability for their own children. Once an active pilot begins, NoonMate's responsibility will be limited to the careful and timely transportation of the sealed lunchbox, as described in the service terms applicable at that time.
4. No guarantees on unlaunched features
Statements on this website about pickup windows, notifications, handover points, pricing, or timelines describe our current plans and intentions. They are not guarantees of a specific service level, price, launch date, or city/school availability, all of which will be confirmed separately once a pilot route is ready to launch.
5. Accuracy of submitted information
You agree to provide accurate contact and location details when submitting a form, so that we can reach you about a relevant pilot route. You may update or withdraw your submission at any time by contacting us.
6. Intellectual property
The NoonMate name, wordmark, and icon used on this website are early, temporary brand assets and may change before public launch. All content on this site belongs to NoonMate unless otherwise noted.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis for the purpose of sharing information and collecting interest. To the extent permitted by law, NoonMate is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on plans described here before a pilot service formally launches.
